The Western Regional Children's Advocacy Center, a program of Safe Passage, is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The WRCAC provides training and technical assistance to help establish and strengthen Children's Advocacy Centers in the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The WRCAC offers onsite and remote professional training design and curriculum development. As one of four Regional Children's Advocacy Centers, the WRCAC provides information, consultation, training and technical assistance, helping to establish child-focused programs that facilitate and support coordination among agencies responding to child abuse. Trainings are available for schools and faith-based organizations regarding child sexual assault issues. Presentations are customized for individual groups.
