New CAC directors come to their centers from a wide variety of professional and educational backgrounds: some with management experience and some without; some with experience in child maltreatment and some without.

This training seeks to address the basic issues of managing a CAC for the new director. Topics included: team coordination; board development; compliance with NCA standards for accredited members; grant writing/fund development; strategic planning
