A survey of service coverage of CACs and MDTs in the Western Region illustrated by maps of each state.

WRCAC conducted surveys in the Western Region to determine the service coverage area of CACs and MDTs in the Western Region. From that information, 2 maps were created for each state. The first map lists the individual CACs and the populations they serve and whether those CACs are Accredited or Associate Member CACs, Developing CACs or MDTs.. The second map is the State at a glance illustrating what portion of the State is served by Accredited and Associate Member CACs, developing Facility Based CACs and/or MDTs.

The membership status of CACs is a constant evolution and we will be updating these maps as that information changes and is available.

The service coverage of these maps is representative of the information given to the WRCAC during the surveys. Not all CAC Directors or MDT Coordinators were available, there are a number of surveys yet to be conducted. If your CAC or MDT is not represented or there has been a change of service coverage for your CAC, please contact the Western Regional CAC at 866-592-4272.
